Sibling Love

It would be safe to say these two have a special relationship, even at their young age. Tonight though, Scarlett brought tears to my eyes.

While snuggling our little girl who just turned three last month, she said, “Mama, before we go to sleep, let’s think about something wonderful.” I said, “Ok, close your eyes. Imagine we’re at the most beautiful park. The clouds are made of marshmallows and are so white and puffy against the crystal blue skies. You are surrounded by Sunshine bears (her special yellow Care Bear that giggles), there are hundreds of them laughing and giving you snuggles.” She interrupts and says, “Mama, now you close your eyes… Let’s think about when Bockies (her nickname for Blake) came home.”
