A Community Effort

Biotechture Planet Earth is building Puerto Rico’s first Earthship and self-sufficient community center (passive solar earth shelter that is made of both natural and upcycled materials such as earth-packed tires) as part of the rebuilding effort after the natural disasters in Puerto Rico. The sustainable architecture will be hurricane proof and built by volunteers for the community. Since I can’t be there in person to help construct, I donated since the project is entirely funded by donations.
