Flowers from a Thousand Miles

A friend of mine has been needing some extra cheer. I live too many thousands of miles away to be able to give a hug, cook a meal, go for a walk or share a bottle of wine. So I sent flowers in hopes of brightening her day. And yet, she’s been asking how she can help the Davis family. Acts of kindness all around!
