Good Guys

Last weekend I went on a trip with Rob to Scottsdale, AZ. On the last day of the trip we decided to go to Sedona before heading home. In Sedona my tire light came on and we went to a gas station and they were sold out of air pressure gauges (the gauge on the air chuck was clearly broken). We went to a car parts store for the gauge. After that we went back to the gas station to put air in my tires.

As we were taking care of my car an older couple pulled up. The guy was having trouble with the air pump, he didn’t have a gauge and it was raining.

We looked at each other then began to check the pressures and added the air for them. The guy said something like “there are still good guys out there.”

It was a #forblake moment but neither of us could talk about him without falling apart.
