Virtual Reading

Today a few colleagues and I were lucky enough to virtually read The Sneetches and Other Stories by Dr. Seuss to 5 families through the non profit organization Safehaven. We wore stars on our clothes to look like Sneetches – I made mine out of cardboard!! I was lucky enough to do this a couple of weeks ago too and virtually read Cat in the Hat – playing the role of the fish. Blake is in my heart reading to these children that need a smile. Reading to these families makes me smile ear to ear. I can’t wait for the next opportunity!!
